I'm travelling into a new way of working, a new country, a new language, and a new hobby which I'm passionate about. Come with me for some of the journey...

Nothing to see here...

Well, of course, that's not quite true... there's always something to see here.  But if you're after something fresh, you will have to "move along, please", as there are only sneak peeks here at Words and Pictures today.

I've a brand new project over at The Artistic Stamper Creative Team Blog today, ideal for those who need a little break from all things Christmassy.

I'd love it if you have time to hop over and take a look.

If, on the other hand, you can't get enough of Christmas crafting, there's a chance to catch up with one of my Christmassy tags over at Artistic Outpost later today, just in case you missed it.

So, I hope that will keep everyone happy in one way or another.  After a full-on weekend looking after my adored but exhausting niece and nephew, aged 10 and 5, I'm looking forward to doing some catching up this week on what you've all been up to - that will make me happy.  See you soon!

The purpose of our lives is to be happy.

Oh oh using some of my fave colors in the first one. Off I go...

I love the effect of letting the colors 'run' together. The blending is beautiful! As far as it not being a Christmas project, I was refreshed with the bright cheerful colors! Too much snow here, and now it's not even pretty...

I feel as if I am on one big scavenger hunt. Everyone seems to be doing sneak peeks - run here, run there, our shop closes at nine. Well whoever you are doing your makes for are sure dog gone lucky to have you. You and Chris Dark really charge my batteries and make my heart very happy.
I don't know if happiness is always possible but an overall contentment is and that to me is truly a blessing. To be content.
Love everything you do Sugar!

Both pieces are really fantastic of course, but I think I even prefer your first new project not Christmassy... Just WONDERFUL in my view (and eyes!!!).
Otherwise I read that you have looked after your nephew and niece this week-end... that must have been great time for you even if likely not quiet haha, I know what you mean! :) Hugs, Coco xx

Wow you create like me "you have no idea where you are going with it" "you love the end result" That is what is so fun about your tutorials, the anticipation and trial error that you do and finally the finished product. I love that about you! This one is so gorgeous and rich in colors. I love the backing all glossed in those colors as it enhances the top board which is to dye for in color and texture. I love what you did with it!! The words are so pretty. Well I can hardly wait to see the glass coming!!
Have a wonderful day,
Kelly
